The rooms were spacious and inviting, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. Plus, with its proximity to local attractions, I never had to worry about long commutes or missing out on any fun.

Dining at Ciazza Kitchen & Bar

One of the highlights of my stay at the Marriott Hotel was dining at Ciazza Kitchen & Bar, the hotel's in-house restaurant. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the menu offered a variety of mouthwatering options. The dishes were expertly prepared, and the service was impeccable. It was the perfect way to kick off my visit to Burr Ridge—great food, a relaxing atmosphere, and no need to leave the hotel! I recommend getting the caesar salad with steak! It was incredible!

A Healthy and Delicious Lunch at Bibibop Willowbrook

The following day, we ventured out for lunch at Bibibop Willowbrook, a delightful spot for a healthy, quick bite. This restaurant specializes in Asian-inspired bowls filled with fresh ingredients, and I was impressed by the variety and the vibrant flavors. It was the perfect choice for a light, yet satisfying lunch that didn’t compromise on taste or nutrition.

Exploring Burr Ridge Village Center

After lunch, we took a leisurely stroll around the Burr Ridge Village Center, which is incredibly walkable and full of charming shops, cafes, and boutiques. The center is well-designed, with plenty of green spaces to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It was a great place to window shop, people-watch, and just soak in the local atmosphere.

For dinner, we headed to Cooper's Hawk in Burr Ridge, the second oldest Cooper’s location! We enjoyed an exceptional meal paired with a wine tasting experience. The food was outstanding, and but the hospitality was even more memorable! The wine selection was fantastic, and I had the pleasure of trying a variety of their signature wines. My personal favorite is the blueberry wine. The cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere made it a perfect setting for a relaxing dinner and an unforgettable evening.

Chic Brunch at The Hampton Social

The next morning, we treated ourselves to a chic brunch at The Hampton Social restaurant. Known for its vibrant, coastal-inspired decor, this spot is the perfect place to indulge in delicious brunch classics and sip on expertly crafted cocktails. They made one of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had! The atmosphere was lively, and the cocktails were absolutely fantastic. It was a great way to kickstart the day before heading off to my next adventure.

A Relaxing Spa Day at Kohler Water Spa

No trip to Burr Ridge would be complete without a visit to Kohler Water Spa, and we indulged in a romantic and relaxing day at this luxurious spa. The "All Things Kohler" massage was pure bliss, and I was able to unwind in their tranquil pool, sauna, steam room, and ice plunge. The experience was incredibly rejuvenating, and the cafe offered a delightful spot to relax and enjoy a light meal afterward. It was the perfect way to unwind and reflect on the amazing experiences I'd had during my trip.
